A visit to our Cellar Door is a unique experience, greeted by family and friends we provide a personalised tasting experience. Our focus is small batches of organic and non-organic wines from over New South Wales all made by us here in the Hunter Valley.

This isn’t your average cellar door stop — it’s a relaxed, guided tasting of 4 wines chosen by you, often led by the owners, winemaking team, or one of our passionate wine lovers.
Expect a mix of single vineyard drops, organic and alternate varieties that showcase the best of New South Wales. Every wine has a story — of place, season, and the hands that made it.
Discovery Wine Tasting Experience

Add-On Experience: Barrel Tasting
Take your Discovery or Splash & Dash Tasting to the next level with an exclusive look behind the scenes. Guided by our experienced Cellar Door team, you’ll taste three wines straight from barrel and gain a deeper insight into the winemaking process — from vineyard to bottle.
This unique experience is available as an optional add-on.

Barrel to Bottle – Hosted by our Winemakers
Step beyond the cellar door and into the beating heart of our boutique Hunter Valley winery. This immersive, premium experience is hosted by our winemaker and offers an insider’s look at the artistry, passion, and precision behind small-batch, handcrafted wines.Walk through our working winery and get up close with the tools, tanks, and oak barrels that shape each vintage.
Your visit includes, a glass of Sparkling on arrival, a personal welcome and guided tour hosted by our winemaker, a tasting of 6 wines from both the barrel and bottle, insights into our small-scale production methods, equipment, and the journey from grape to glass and a locally sourced cheese plate to enjoy among the barrels.
